ORCHIDS: Phalaenopis Orchids

The beautiful Phalaenopis orchid, or Moth orchid, is one of the easiest to grow in your house. It usually flowers late winter into spring. Grow them in a bright window with little or no sun; an east window is ideal. You can also grow them in a shaded south or west window. This orchid loves humidity, so grow it on a tray of gravel partially filled with water.The pot should never sit in water.
